We recommend starting with the Community Profile. APFM’s Senior Living Advisors use this information to understand the specific level of care that you provide, your amenities and pricing. A complete profile leads to qualified referrals for you, so ensure that the information here is accurate and up-to-date.
Utilize the Powerful Reporting Features
Let’s look at the Reports section. Successful communities utilize the powerful reports available to them in partner central. The Community Report lists your recent open leads from APFM, allowing you to focus on our leads specifically. Review each open lead in the report and ensure they are entered in your community’s Customer Relationship Management System (CRM). The communities with the highest conversion rates treat APFM referrals as their top leads by asking themselves the following questions:
- When did I last have contact with this family?
- What are their needs?
- What is my next step with the family?
- Do I need to contact the referring Advisor to strategize?
Gain Competitive Insight
Another useful report is the Lost Move-Ins report. It shows you how many move-ins resulted from APFM leads, whether the families moved in to your community or a competing one. It shows your competitions average monthly rate including both rent and care for your market. Additionally, the report lists each competitor community that captured a move-in from an APFM referral that was referred to your community . This report can offer a valuable insight on the competitive market that cannot be found anywhere else.
